Responsibilities & Context:

Inquiry & Communication Management: To be the primary point of contact, handling all incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media queries from parents in a timely and professional manner.

Parent Lead Management: Proactively follow up with prospective parents and maintain accurate tracking of all conversations to guide them through the admissions process.

Admissions & Campus Tours: Coordinate all aspects of campus tours for prospective families and assist parents with the formal admissions process.

Digital Marketing & Content Support: Assist in digital marketing campaigns and create basic content (photos and videos) for social media channels.

Professional Representation: Represent the school with the highest level of professionalism, warmth, and accuracy in all public and internal interactions.

Outreach & Event Participation: Play an active role in planning and executing school events and outreach activities.

Data Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all inquiries, tours, and enrollments using official spreadsheets and/or other school systems.

Confidentiality & Compliance: Uphold and maintain absolute confidentiality regarding student and parent information, while strictly following child safeguarding and data privacy guidelines.
