Experience:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English

• A Bachelor`s degree in English Literature or ELT or Language Education from a recognized institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in English, with excellent command over both written and spoken communication.

• A sound understanding of Phonetics, in accordance with the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) standards is preferred.

• Capable of managing students age between 4 to 13 years, at an interactive and participating communication platform.

• Plan, organize, and deliver the English curriculum for students in line with academic standards and guidelines.

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and interventions to support their learning.

• Design and implement enrichment activities to enhance students` language skills and foster a love for learning.

• Maintain and update academic records, reports, and assessments for students.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in English language teaching to improve program effectiveness.
