We at Ishara Consultancies are looking for a strategic Media Buyer to join our team. We solve complex challenges for our clients and require a specialist to lead our performance marketing initiatives.

💼𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 of a service based company.

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time,On-Site (6 Days/Week, 11:00am - 7:00pm)

#Experienced media buyers may also collaborate with us on a project-based or performance-based engagement model.

📊𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Execute and optimize Meta Ad campaigns with a primary focus on driving conversions.

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Develop analytical marketing strategies that solve complex client problems and align with business goals.

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬: Monitor campaign data daily to identify trends, optimize budgets, and maximize ROAS.

𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, translating technical data into clear updates and actionable insights.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: A/B test creatives and audiences to ensure campaigns remain fresh and high-performing.

🎯𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: At least 3+ years in media buying.

𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲: You are a specialist in Meta Ads with a strong ability to run high-performing conversion ads.

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭: You aren't just a button pusher; you are analytical and capable of developing robust marketing strategies.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Excellent client communication is a must. You need to be able to explain data and results clearly and effectively.

𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞: You possess a coachable mindset and are eager to grow.
