As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Senior Manager – Chemical Division to lead our garment chemical business and drive strategic growth in this rapidly evolving sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Practical experience in All-over printing/ Screen printing / Chest print operations is required.
2. Experience in chemical sales, particularly in the garments/textile chemical sector, is required.
3. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
4. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
5. Analyze data to inform product development and marketing strategies.Build and maintain strong client relationships with major textile and chemical buyers.
6. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
7. Manage pricing negotiations, contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
8. Monitor ROI and track performance using analytical tools and reports. Organize training sessions to enhance team product knowledge and selling skills.
9. Coordinate with production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
10. Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic actions to maintain competitive advantage.
