Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant position, preferably in Steel Pipe Manufacturing Company.
Responsibilities & Context:
·Lead and drive the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
·Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market prevention and business growth.
·Manage, supervise, motivate of TSM, ASM and DSM to ensure optimum performance.
·Identify market trends, client needs and new business opportunities.
·Setup and monitor distributor channels and supply chain operations, inventory levels, product availability and market coverage.
·Maintain relationships with dealers, retailers and prospective customers.
·Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to formulate action plans.
·Resolve market-related issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
·Conduct regular market visits and filed coaching to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
·Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures and operational guidelines.
