Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing & Business Development
Labaid Cancer Hospital & Super Speciality Centre Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead digital marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth through innovative digital campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and online engagement activities.
Create and edit promotional videos, doctor health tips, and patient testimonial content.
Monitor website performance, SEO, Google Analytics, and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and media partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Media & Communication, or a related discipline.
MBA or professional certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
Senior Executive: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in the healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or service industry will be preferred.
