Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related discipline

• MBA in Marketing will be preferred

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock

• Age At least 14 years

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in sales & marketing

• Experience in Agro Feed, Poultry Feed, Fish Feed, FMCG, or Agricultural products will be preferred.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase feed sales.

• Manage and support distributors, dealers, and retailers.

• Identify and appoint new distributors in potential markets.

• Build strong relationships with farmers, wholesalers, and key customers.

• Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and market activities.

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (Sales Officers/Territory Officers).

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide technical support when required.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct promotional campaigns, farmer meetings, and product demonstrations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices
