Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
MBA in Marketing will be preferred
Divisional Sales Manager: Minimum 2–5years experience in sales & marketing
Regional Sales Manager: Minimum 2–5 years experience in sales management
Experience in Agro Feed, Poultry, Fish Feed, FMCG, or Agricultural sector will get preference
Develop and implement divisional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, coach, motivate, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and Sales Representatives.
Manage and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network across the division.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and large commercial farms.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand to identify business opportunities.
Ensure effective product availability, stock management, and timely delivery in collaboration with supply chain and logistics teams.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor field activities, resolve customer issues, and identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic sales reports for senior management.
Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection from dealers and distributors.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, farmer meetings, dealer conferences, and technical seminars.
Coordinate with the marketing and technical service teams to support product promotion and customer education.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit control procedures.
Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to improve productivity and customer service.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, market share, dealer productivity, and collection efficiency.
Identify potential business risks and recommend corrective actions to improve divisional performance
