Experience:

Assist the Branch Manager in managing the overall sales and day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Drive showroom sales by achieving assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate sales leads through market visits, customer referrals, corporate outreach, and local business development initiatives.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and strengthen customer relationships.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
Supervise, motivate, and coach the showroom sales team to maximize productivity and sales performance.
Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans to achieve branch KPIs.
Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and providing prompt after-sales support.
Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, pricing, and showroom presentation in accordance with company standards.
Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, stock verification, billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Head Office to ensure product availability and smooth showroom operations.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, duty rosters, and support staff development through regular coaching.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales, customer pipeline, lead conversion, and operational reports for management review.
Act on behalf of the Branch Manager during his/her absence and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
