Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing the overall sales and day-to-day operations of the showroom.

  • Drive showroom sales by achieving assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Generate sales leads through market visits, customer referrals, corporate outreach, and local business development initiatives.

  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and strengthen customer relationships.

  • Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Supervise, motivate, and coach the showroom sales team to maximize productivity and sales performance.

  • Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans to achieve branch KPIs.

  • Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and providing prompt after-sales support.

  • Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, pricing, and showroom presentation in accordance with company standards.

  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, stock verification, billing, cash handling, and POS operations.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Head Office to ensure product availability and smooth showroom operations.

  • Monitor employee attendance, discipline, duty rosters, and support staff development through regular coaching.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales, customer pipeline, lead conversion, and operational reports for management review.

  • Act on behalf of the Branch Manager during his/her absence and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
