Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): HVAC System

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• HVAC certification or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) will be considered an added advantage.

• Age 26 to 35 years

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential HVAC projects.

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems including VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Split Units, Ducting, and Ventilation systems.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

• Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic AutoCAD.Good understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.

• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites as required.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC projects from initiation to successful handover within approved timelines and budgets.

• Prepare project schedules, work plans, resource allocation, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Vendors, and Site Teams for seamless project execution.

• Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and contract documents before project execution.

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with approved designs and project specifications.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and project-related issues.

• Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely availability of equipment and materials at project sites.

• Monitor project costs, prepare billing documents, variation orders, progress reports, and maintain project documentation.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards.

• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays, cost overruns, and operational issues.

• Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors during project execution.

• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and international HVAC standards throughout project execution.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
