Job Summary:
Quasem Industries Plc is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Executive, Brand to support sales, promotion, and marketing activities for our online and offline brand communications. This role also includes managing promotional campaigns, working with other departments (sales, Finance, factories) closely and increasing brand visibility through innovative strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Proven experience in planning and executing ATL, BTL, and digital brand promotion activities.
Contribute to marketing campaigns that further the company’s strategic goals.
Ability to analyze campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Apply marketing concepts to solve organizational challenges.
Provide support for virtual and in-person events.
Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand’s standing.
Spearhead brand communication strategies to drive growth and profitability, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. Take time to learn each individual brand strategy with help from marketing heads.
Organize Promotional events and seminars for customers/suppliers.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
Strong understanding of vendor management
To execute market research
Understanding market and consumer for each product of company
To support in formulating and implementing trade/marketing strategies
Accountability for brand performance and working closely with sales team.
Providing analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities.
