Experience:
Minimum 20+ years of progressive experience in Sales and Distribution Management.
At least 15 years of experience leading a nationwide sales and distribution network comprising a minimum of 750 sales personnel.
Proven experience in direct sales and large-scale distribution management is mandatory.
Experience in FMCG or a similar high-volume sales environment IS REQUIRED.
Candidates experienced CONSUMER sales rather than BULK sales or WHOLESALE sales will be strongly preferred.

Job Summary
The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the company's nationwide sales and distribution operations to achieve sustainable business growth and revenue objectives. The selected candidate will formulate and execute sales strategies, oversee the national sales force, strengthen distributor networks, monitor market performance, and ensure the effective implementation of sales policies across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Management
Develop and implement the company's annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Set monthly and annual sales targets and monitor achievement against approved business plans.
Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve organizational goals.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
Sales Operations
Direct and oversee all nationwide sales activities to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure effective execution of sales plans across all regions.
Conduct monthly sales review meetings and evaluate regional performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards.
Team Leadership
Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop a nationwide sales team comprising more than 700 employees.
Establish performance objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales organization.
Evaluate individual and regional performance and provide coaching and guidance for continuous improvement.
Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, accountability, and employee development.
Market & Business Development
Conduct regular market visits to existing and prospective markets for business development and market expansion.
Spend a minimum of 10 working days per month in the field to assess market conditions and support sales operations.
Identify opportunities for business growth in underperforming and emerging markets.
Conduct regular market surveys to monitor customer demand, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Recommend appropriate strategies to strengthen the company's competitive position.
Distribution Management
Develop and strengthen the nationwide distributor network.
Evaluate and appoint suitable distributors in designated territories.
Ensure distributors maintain adequate inventory and safety stock levels.
Monitor timely product delivery and maintain efficient supply chain coordination with distributors.
Ensure optimal distributor performance and market coverage.
Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong professional relationships with distributors, key customers, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Represent the company professionally during customer visits, business meetings, and market engagements.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of organizational goals and business growth.

Managing Director / Chief Administrative Officer or any other authority designated by the Management.
