Responsibilities & Context:
DIP Foundation is looking for a creative, responsible, and energetic Digital Marketing Lead to manage and grow our digital presence related to Robotics, AI, Technology Courses, Workshops, Events, and our 3D printing service brand DIPF 3D Solution.
If you love content creation, social media marketing, telesales, video editing, and creative design work — this opportunity is for you!
🔹 Responsibilities
✅ Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube pages
✅ Create marketing plans and campaign strategies
✅ Design posters, banners, social media posts & simple promotional creatives
✅ Edit promotional videos/reels for courses and 3D printing services
✅ Write engaging content, captions, emails & promotional copies
✅ Handle seminar/webinar promotions and student engagement
✅ Call interested students for course enrollment and follow-ups
✅ Remind students about upcoming seminars/webinars through calls & messages
✅ Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns
✅ Handle marketing activities for DIPF 3D Solution as well
✅ Reply to leads/messages and maintain communication flow
✅ Maintain WhatsApp/email marketing activities
✅ Generate ideas for increasing reach, engagement & enrollments
✅ Maintain consistency in branding and online communication
🔹 Requirements
✔ Good understanding of Digital Marketing & Social Media
✔ Strong communication and content writing skills (Bangla & English)
✔ Comfortable with telesales and student communication
✔ Basic to Intermediate graphic design skills
✔ Able to design using Canva or any preferred design tools
✔ Video editing skills for promotional content
✔ Knowledge of Meta Ads and lead generation
✔ Creative mindset with marketing strategy ideas
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
✔ Interest in Technology, Robotics, AI, or 3D Printing is preferred
