Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing & Field Sales Executive to support business growth through online marketing, institutional outreach, and direct field sales. The role combines digital campaign execution with in-person engagement and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
Create and manage promotional content (posts, banners, basic videos, email campaigns).
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
Manage leads generated from digital platforms and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.
Institutional Outreach (In-Person):
Visit educational institutions, organizations, and corporate offices to introduce products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings when required.
Collect market feedback and report insights to management.
Fieldwork & Sales
Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Additional Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Support branding and promotional events, workshops, or seminars.
Maintain a database of prospects, leads, and clients.
Ensure professional representation of the company at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in digital marketing, field sales, or institutional marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently for fieldwork.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
