• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• 6 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Garments, Textile, Buying House, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Garments Accessories, Tiles/Ceramic, Spinning

• Age At least 25 years

• Lead and manage the retail store’s operations, ensuring optimal functioning and visual appeal.

• Oversee the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to increase footfall and sales.

• Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and ensure the team is well-versed in product features and benefits.

• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.  

• Provide consistently high customer experience standards within the Store by PUMA, Levi’s, Adidas, Nike, Asics, Bugatti’s brand values, and service standards.

• Lead by example on the sales floor and engage with customers and step in to close high-value sales.

• Train sales team on upselling, cross-selling, and handling customer objections to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and high performance.

• Handle inventory management, monitoring stock level, ordering, and organizing.

• Responsible for the execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise.

• Maintain the physical condition of the store according to relevant guidelines and promptly communicate maintenance needs to Store Management.  

• Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment.
