We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and energetic Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing travel-related information, assisting with bookings, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the client's journey.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages, visa services, and airline options.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare and send quotations, itineraries, and travel documents accurately.
Coordinate with the operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database regularly.
Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
Stay updated on travel destinations, airline policies, visa requirements, and promotional offers.
Collect customer feedback and help improve service quality.
Full-time
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Candidates with prior experience in the travel, tourism, customer service, or sales industry will be given preference.
Fresh graduates and enthusiastic candidates with strong communication and customer service skills are also encouraged to apply.
Training will be provided to the right candidates.
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with social media platforms and WhatsApp Business.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
