Responsibilities & Context:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Assist customers with travel bookings, flight reservations, visa information, and tour packages.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners when necessary.
Support sales and marketing activities to generate new business opportunities.
Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
