Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Maintain relationships with dealers, retailers and prospective customers.
Provide product information, quotations and pricing support to customers.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.
Coordinate with production, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer issues.
