Experience:
BBA or Honors degree (International Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred)
1-2 years in sales and marketing, with preferential experience in freight forwarding, logistics, medical representation, or similar B2B sales roles
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Proven sales and business development expertise
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Customer relationship management capabilities
Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and email communication
Confident, professional, and presentable demeanor

Trademart is expanding its Sales team within SpeedX Cargo, our logistics and freight forwarding division. We're seeking talented Sales Executives to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and strengthen our position in Bangladesh's competitive freight and cargo services market.

Job Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Promote SpeedX Cargo's international sea shipment and freight forwarding services to importers, exporters, and logistics partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities across diverse market segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, importers, manufacturers, and traders
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and service demonstrations
Generate qualified sales leads and follow up consistently through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Provide customized quotations and service proposals based on client requirements
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs set by management
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and monitor competitor activities
Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly activity summaries)
Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Support business development initiatives and strengthen Trademart's brand presence in the logistics sector
