Job Summary
The Real Estate Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and achieving sales targets for the company’s real estate projects. The role includes leading the sales team, developing customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and customer meetings.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales executives.
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Handle customer negotiations and resolve escalated issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
