Responsibilities & Context:

1.Real Estate Executive

Job Summary:
The Real Estate Executive is responsible for generating property sales, building strong client relationships, conducting property presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential buyers.

  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct property presentations and site visits.

  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities.

  • Negotiate prices and close sales deals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).

  • 1-2 years of real estate sales experience.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

2. Assistant Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and motivating the sales team.

  • Monitor daily sales activities and performance.

  • Help develop and implement sales strategies.

  • Recruit, train, and coach sales executives.

  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Review sales reports and prepare performance analyses.

  • Handle key customer negotiations and resolve complaints.

  • Coordinate with marketing for campaign execution.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
