Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.

  • Experience in engineering services, facility management, HVAC, home appliances, maintenance services, or a related industry will be given preference.

Additional Requirements

  • Age: Maximum 45 years.

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent business development and client relationship management abilities.

  • Sound knowledge of sales, marketing, budgeting, and team management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparation of business reports.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the overall business operations of the company.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase business.

  • Generate new corporate and institutional clients and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

  • Supervise daily field operations and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the activities of service engineers, technicians, and support staff.

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing team.

  • Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and operational reports for management.

  • Monitor customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

  • Manage quotations, contracts, pricing, and service agreements.

  • Control operational costs and improve profitability.

  • Identify new business opportunities and introduce new services based on market demand.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
