Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Experience in engineering services, facility management, HVAC, home appliances, maintenance services, or a related industry will be given preference.
Additional Requirements
Age: Maximum 45 years.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent business development and client relationship management abilities.
Sound knowledge of sales, marketing, budgeting, and team management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparation of business reports.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
