📝 Key Responsibilities

• Script, shoot, and edit engaging content to promote overseas job circulars and visa updates

• Generate high-quality leads through creative marketing

• Call potential clients, collect leads, and ensure proper follow-up for conversion

• Manage company platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok)

• Coordinate with HR & Recruitment teams regarding manpower requirements

• Track performance metrics (views, leads, applications) and optimize strategy

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: BDT 9,500

• TA (Travel Allowance): BDT 2,600

• DA (Daily Allowance): BDT 3,900

• Total Gross Salary: BDT 16,000

📌 Salary Method: DBBL Salary Account
📌 Half-Yearly & Yearly Increment: Based on performance
📌 Festival Bonus: 50% of basic salary after completing 6 months (as per company policy)

Note:

• TA & DA are not applicable on government holidays, weekly off-days, or leave days

• This is a performance-based position. Higher productivity and successful client conversion will result in higher income.

🕒 Office Policy

• Duty Time: 10:00 AM (Late attendance is not acceptable)

• Office-provided phone must be used during office hours

• Personal phone use during working hours is not allowed

• All company information must be kept strictly confidential

• One-month prior notice is required before resignation

• NID copy and educational certificate copies must be submitted upon accepting the offer
