KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content Creation: Script, shoot, and edit engaging Reels, TikToks, and Shorts to promote overseas job circulars and visa updates.

• Lead Generation: Use your videos to attract high-quality candidates and build a consistent pipeline for our services.

• Sales & Follow-up: Proactively call clients, collect leads, and follow up to ensure conversion targets are achieved.

• Platform Management: Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with our HR and Recruitment teams to understand specific manpower requirements.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor views, leads, and applications to optimize content for maximum ROI.
