Responsibilities & Context:
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
Generate leads and convert them into clients or candidates
Achieve monthly sales and growth targets set by the company
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and candidates
Promote company services through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media
Develop strategies to increase candidate registrations and client acquisition
Coordinate with the recruitment and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Track and report sales performance and growth progress
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to expand business
