Experience:
B.Sc / M.Sc in any engineering discipline
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Strong understanding of B2B Marketing and Sales
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Strong negotiation and business development skills
Sound product knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Clear, professional, and effective communication skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration capability
Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and proactive communication.
Drive business acquisition and sales development initiatives, including client coordination and commercial negotiations.
Prepare tender submissions and proposals, including detailed costing, pricing analysis, and documentation.
Generate and process Delivery Orders (DO) using company ERP/software systems.
Accurately record revenue and payment transactions related to projects and sales within the system.
Prepare monthly performance reports and management presentations.
Support preparation, submission, and follow-up of project bills and sales invoices to ensure timely processing.
Conduct site visits and inspections to support sales activities, costing validation, and project coordination.
Provide operational support during peak periods and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
