Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a reputed university.
Master’s degree in Structural Engineering will be preferred.
Experience in high-rise buildings / industrial structures will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of RCC design principles and detailing.
Proficiency in structural analysis software such as:ETABSSAFESAP2000
Familiarity with Staad pro, AutoCAD and/or Tekla, Revit etc.
Sound knowledge of BNBC, ACI 318, and other design codes.
Good understanding of load calculations (dead, live, wind, seismic).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Willingness to visit project sites when required.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer specializing in Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) design. The candidate will be responsible for analysis, design, and review of structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in compliance with relevant codes such as BNBC and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural analysis and design of RCC structures (buildings, foundations, retaining walls, etc.).
Prepare detailed design calculations, reports, and drawings.
Ensure compliance with BNBC, ACI, and other relevant international standards.
Review structural drawings, BOQs, and design documents.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams.
Conduct design optimization for cost-effectiveness and safety.
Provide technical support during construction and resolve site-related structural issues.
Supervise and guide junior engineers and draftsmen.
Ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
