MIR Ceramic Limited (MCL) is the leading tiles manufacturer in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager/ Manager for our Corporate Sales division.

This position requires dynamic individuals with strong understanding of industries & private organizational procurement processes and excellent sales skills. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a proven track record in corporate sales.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned corporate sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, and successful project conversion.

  • Identify, develop, and secure new corporate and project-based sales opportunities in the building materials sector.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, interior designers, engineers, and procurement teams.

  • Lead tender participation, submission follow-up, technical approvals, and commercial negotiations to ensure successful order confirmation.

  • Conduct regular client visits and project site follow-ups to ensure pipeline movement and conversion.

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customized project proposals.

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions to close high-value corporate deals.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms and coordinate with internal departments (logistics, supply chain, production) for on-time project delivery.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, project pipeline status, monthly & yearly target achievement, and market intelligence.

  • Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing strategies, industry trends, and recommend strategic actions to strengthen market position.
