Job Context:

Mir Ceramic Limited, a leading Tiles Manufacturer in Bangladesh, is seeking some dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Executives/Sr. Executives in the Marketing & Sales department. The selected candidates will be responsible for executing the company`s marketing and sales strategies within their assigned territories.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute the company’s marketing and sales plans in assigned territories to achieve set sales targets.

• Conduct regular visits to zonal dealers and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Promote new product line to developers, contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

• Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure consistent business growth.

• Advise customers on product selection based on their design and quality needs.

• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to maximize company revenue.

• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

• Report key insights and feedback to supervisors for strategic decision-making.
