Responsibilities & Context:
  • Formulate the go-to-market strategy for the home appliance division, including product mix, pricing, and positioning.

  • Manage the complete P&L, driving top-line growth while maintaining strict control over costs to ensure profitability.

  • Lead product selection, either through local manufacturing or strategic sourcing from international markets.

  • Ensure products meet local consumer preferences, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Design and implement a multi-channel sales strategy, including company-owned showrooms, franchisee networks, and partnerships with national chain stores.

  • Build a strong dealer network across all divisions and major districts.

  • Drive corporate sales and bulk orders for private and government institutions.

  • Develop a powerful brand identity and lead high-impact marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL) to build brand awareness.

  • Manage the marketing budget and oversee all advertising, promotions, and PR activities.

  • Establish a nationwide service network to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

  • Oversee the service center operations, spare parts management, and customer complaint resolution.

  • Build and lead a motivated team across sales, marketing, service, and administration.
