Responsibilities & Context:

Amico Laboratories Limited, established on 22nd August 1978, has been operating with a strong reputation in the pharmaceutical market of Bangladesh. We are seeking smart, energetic, and hardworking professionals for the following role.

Location: Flexible – Any District in Bangladesh (Preferred Home District)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets by overcoming market challenges;

  • Onboard new professional and experienced distributors in vacant or potential territories;

  • Lead, supervise, and manage all sales and marketing activities within the assigned area;

  • Coordinate with and monitor the performance of sales offices and distributors to ensure smooth operations;

  • Ensure achievement of regional area and overall sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution;

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret market data to support informed decision-making and strategic adjustments;

  • Monitor competitor activities and develop responsive strategies to maintain market competitiveness;

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors to ensure mutual growth;

  • Prepare, maintain, and present accurate sales reports and performance updates on a regular basis;

  • Implement instructions and directives from senior management promptly and effectively.
