You should:

• Speak clear and conversational English.
• Be confident talking to people over the phone.
• Be comfortable making outbound calls every day.
• Be able to handle rejection and continue calling.
• Be disciplined with follow-ups.
• Be comfortable working towards targets.
• Be comfortable working the US night shift.
• Be able to work from our Dhaka office
• Experience in appointment setting, telesales, call centres, customer service, lead generation, SDR or BDR roles is an advantage.
• Freshers can also apply if they have good English, confidence, and the willingness to learn.

We are urgently hiring Appointment Setters for our Dhaka office.

Your job is straightforward:

Make calls. Start conversations. Find interested prospects. Book meetings. Follow up

You will speak with business professionals and decision-makers in international markets, mainly during US business hours.

This is a night-shift, work-from-office position in Dhaka.

What You Will Do

• Make outbound calls to business prospects every day.
• Speak with decision-makers.
• Introduce the reason for your call in a simple way.
• Find out if the prospect is interested.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Confirm meetings and help make sure prospects attend.
• Update your calls, follow-ups and meetings in the CRM.
• Work towards daily and monthly targets
• You do not need to sell or close the deal. Your job is to create interest and get the meeting.
