Graduation / Master’s / BBA / MBA (Marketing)
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or any Relevant Subject (e.g., Communications, PR, or Life Sciences etc.)
Smart, Good looking, Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with high level of emotional intelligence.
Team player with leadership qualities.
Advanced level computer skills particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop etc.
Might require to complete tasks outside working hours to the extent necessary to carry out her/his duties.
Experience
Must have minimum 5 years working experience in Sales & Marketing.
2/3 years working experience in a hospital Marketing Team.
Minimum 3 years of experience in client-management or marketing role.
Basic ability to manage social media pages and respond to online queries.
Flexibility in official visits at local level (event/ campaign venue, health facilities, corporate offices etc.)
Verbal and written fluency in narration/explanatory discussion, conversation in the local language.
Preferrable:
Experience of working in Hospital/ Clinics, institutions related to health services, Pharmaceuticals etc.
Understanding and fluency in using software/ digital tools like Gmail, WhatsApp, AI tools, Microsoft Office, social media platforms etc.
Basic level understanding of medical terminology and narratives.

Job Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotion
Provide strategic guidance in development and implementation of hospital marketing plans.
Develop Communication & Campaign materials, promotional packages etc.
Promote hospital services, doctors, and specialties to the targeted audience (patients, corporates, partners, referral hospitals & physicians etc.)
Coordinate health camps, scientific seminars, CSR programs, and promotional events.
Support digital marketing initiatives (social media, website content, online promotions).
Corporate & Referral Management
Maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, NGOs, and referral partners.
Assist in corporate tie-ups, MOUs and service agreements.
Follow up on corporate billing, patient feedback, and service utilization.
Branding & Communication
Ensure consistent hospital branding across all marketing materials.
Coordinate with designers, printers, media agencies, and vendors.
Support public relations activities, press releases, and media communications.
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market research to analyze competitors, patient trends, and service demand.
Prepare regular marketing reports, activity updates, and performance analysis for management.
Monitor marketing budgets and support cost control measures.
Internal Coordination
Team-coordination
Coordinate with clinical departments, customer care, and operations to align marketing activities.
