Additional Requirements:
  • Computer Knowledge (MS office- Word, Excel, Power point etc) Mandatory.

  • Minimum 05 years’ experience (Hospital inventory management experience preferred).

  • Knowledge about Hospital area is preferable.

  • Supply chain must be maintained efficiently.

  • Should have Inventory Management software knowledge.

  • Should have excellent oral and written English communication skill, dynamic leadership and necessary computer literacy.

  • Must be energetic & capable to handle pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

  • We are looking for a store officer to be responsible and accountable for the smooth daily hospital store management services in timelines.

  • Responsible for the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials (Pharma, Medical and others), maintaining inventory and stock records of primary healthcare center store.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent would be completely responsible for:

  • To keep proper records for stock of the store materials.

  • To keep proper record of the received and delivered materials.

  • To maintain store register.

  • Maintain Proper documentation of all equipment’s at Hospital store.

  • Verify/loading/unloading all products/equipment’s are following the proper safety measure.

  • To maintain Records of the consumable materials & uses.

  • To update Bin Card for every material in the store.

  • To responsible for making delivery related challan, VAT etc.

  • To prepare necessary reports and indents/requisition.

  • To proper maintain gate pass before delivering materials.

  • Should have good knowledge on LIFO & FIFO.

  • To prepare monthly stock/inventory report.

  • To maintain stock register.

  • Make sure delivery of the finished goods dispatch on time as per time frame.

  • Make sure delivery of the goods must be checked before loading to the transport.

  • Any other assignment/job not detailed herein & felt conductive by Management as and when necessary.
