Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop the business plan for the water purifier division, defining the target customer segments.

• Own the P&L, focusing on unit sales, filter/recurring revenue, and service profitability.

• Design a multi-pronged sales approach, including direct sales teams, retail partnerships, and online channels.

• Develop sales scripts and strategies for door-to-door and lead-based selling.

• Build a robust technical service network to handle installation and maintenance services.

• Establish a system for timely filter changes and after-sales support.

• Manage the import and supply chain for purifiers and spare parts.

• Ensure optimal stock levels of units and consumables to avoid stock-outs.

• Position the brand as a trusted expert in water purification, emphasizing health benefits, technology, and after-sales reliability.

• Lead marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.

• Create a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs for both sales and service teams.
