Responsibilities & Context:
AKIJ Electric & Electronics Ltd. (A Concern of AKIJ Venture Group) is looking for some Arae Sales Manager (ASM) with proven experience in Light, Switch, and Electrical Accessories.
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as per company objectives for Electric & Electronics products including lights, switches, and related electrical accessories
Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure proper market coverage, product placement, and visibility of electrical items
Identify new market opportunities for electrical and electronics products and develop effective sales strategies
Monitor competitor activities in the electrical & electronics market and provide regular market intelligence
Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and display programs for electrical accessories
Manage distributor performance to ensure timely delivery and continuous availability of lights, switches, and related products in the market
Maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders in the electrical trade
