- Age At most 32 years
- Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, CSE, MIS or related discipline.
- Strong interest in technology, data, & process improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, & sales dashboards.
- Excellent communication & coordination skills.
- Freshers are welcome, also experience in sales automation is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining sales automation systems (e.g., SPRO app).
- Collect and analyze field sales data to identify inefficiencies and areas for automation.
- Coordinate with the IT and Sales teams to ensure the SPRO system meets business needs.
- Provide training and support to field sales teams on automation tools.
- Monitor system usage, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate on projects to streamline sales processes and improve performance.
- Act as a communication bridge between the sales team and developers for system improvements
