Responsibilities & Context:

IEL Engineering Ltd. is one of the leading supplier of Mechanical Rebar Coupler in Bangladesh. We are looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented and experienced professional to lead our Marketing & Sales activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our business by developing relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects and government organizations while identifying new project opportunities and converting them into successful business.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.

  • Identify upcoming and ongoing construction and infrastructure projects across Bangladesh.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, structural engineers and key project stakeholders.

  • Promote the company's Mechanical Rebar Coupler products and secure product specification in construction projects.

  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and client meetings.

  • Generate new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into sales.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.

  • Coordinate with consultants and project decision-makers to ensure successful project engagement.

  • Lead and supervise the marketing team by setting targets, monitoring performance and providing necessary guidance.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements, and recommend appropriate business strategies.

  • Coordinate with production, logistics and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and project pipeline updates.

  • Participate in seminars, exhibitions and networking events to enhance the company's market presence.

  • Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets, collection targets and other business KPIs.
