IEL Engineering Ltd. is one of the leading supplier of Mechanical Rebar Coupler in Bangladesh. We are looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented and experienced professional to lead our Marketing & Sales activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our business by developing relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects and government organizations while identifying new project opportunities and converting them into successful business.
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.
Identify upcoming and ongoing construction and infrastructure projects across Bangladesh.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, structural engineers and key project stakeholders.
Promote the company's Mechanical Rebar Coupler products and secure product specification in construction projects.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and client meetings.
Generate new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into sales.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Coordinate with consultants and project decision-makers to ensure successful project engagement.
Lead and supervise the marketing team by setting targets, monitoring performance and providing necessary guidance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements, and recommend appropriate business strategies.
Coordinate with production, logistics and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and project pipeline updates.
Participate in seminars, exhibitions and networking events to enhance the company's market presence.
Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets, collection targets and other business KPIs.
