Responsibilities & Context:
Visit Architects, Structural Consultants, Engineering Consultants, Developers and Construction-related firms regularly.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Collect information on upcoming and ongoing construction projects.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified project leads.
Update project information, client database, and visit reports regularly.
Introduce and promote the company's products (Mechanical Coupler/Rebar Coupler) to architects and consultants.
Arrange product presentations and technical meetings when required.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for project follow-up.
Follow up with consultants regarding project specifications and approvals.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Represent the company professionally during client visits and meetings.
Achieve assigned visit and lead generation targets.
