Hardware Products & Engineering Tools is seeking applications from competent, dynamic, dedicated, and self-motivated persons to enhance business growth and maximize profits for the company by formulating strategies and executing services.
*Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote Hardware Product & Engineering Tools like Cutting Disc, Grinding Disc, Wire Cup Brush, Engineering Tools etc., achieve sales targets.
*Promote and sell Cutting Disc, Grinding Disc, Wire Cup Brush, Engineering Tools products,
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue across multiple product lines.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
*Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about the features and benefits of our products.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials tailored to each product category.
*Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and progress toward sales targets for each product category.
*Coordinate with the logistics and distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient inventory management across all product lines.
*Provide technical support and assistance to customers as needed, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
*Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network with potential clients and promote our comprehensive range of products.
Job responsibilities:
*To achieve monthly sales target and objectives of the particular territory as per budget and ability to establish new dealers to expand market reach.
*To update the supervisor regularly about any information, suggestions, criticism related with the activity and results of the territory.
*To arrange demonstration of different products in combination with marketing team as well as ensure proper product detailing to the customer.
*To make routine visit to all the potential field to ensure availability of products.
*To develop personal contact with the important opinion leaders in this market and people.
*Be active and effective in the sales team group through communicating activities & digitally active while in work.
*To organize retailers/distributors briefing sessions as and when required basis.
*To perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor time to time.
