Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, corporate clients, dealers, distributors, and strategic partnerships.
Lead and manage the sales team by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and ensuring target achievement.
Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product sales.
Expand and manage dealer, distributor, reseller, and corporate client networks throughout Bangladesh.
Lead B2B and B2C sales initiatives while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging market opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business reports.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Management teams to execute business plans.
Organize exhibitions, health seminars, product demonstrations, dealer meetings, and promotional events.
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure excellent after-sales service.
Develop strategies to improve retail, corporate, institutional, and online sales channels.
Maintain strong brand positioning for both House of Harmony and Kuvings.
