Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally to assist customers.
Manage CRM software for data entry, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain customer relationships.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets.
Follow company policies and SOPs strictly.
Job Other Benifits:
First Month (Training Phase): Hands-on training on CRM software, call handling, and customer communication. TA (Travel Allowance) & DA (Daily Allowance) provided.
Second Month (Live Operations): Work in real-time telesales and CRM operations. TA, DA + Performance-based Commission provided.
