Applicants must have direct experience in B2B Sales & Marketing, specifically in the Clothing/Apparel/Garments sector.
Experience in wholesaling Denim/Jeans/Twill Pant items to retail shopkeepers, boutique houses, or online pages will get high priority.
Clear understanding of the clothing market, fabric quality, and pricing structures for wholesale/B2B buyers.
Must possess clear pronunciation and a pleasant speaking style in Bangla.
Must be target-oriented, resilient, and ready to take challenges to hit sales goals.
Basic computer and tech skills (Smartphones, MS Excel, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp Business).
Patience and mindset to handle continuous phone calls and follow-ups with B2B clients for long hours.
Responsibilities & Context:
ফিল্ড ভিজিট: প্রতিদিন ঢাকার বিভিন্ন কাপড়ের মার্কেট, শোরুম এবং বুটিক হাউসে সরাসরি গিয়ে নতুন নতুন B2B কাস্টমার (দোকানি ও পাইকার) খুঁজে বের করা।
স্যাম্পল প্রদর্শন: কোম্পানির ডেনিম/জিন্স/টুইল প্যান্টের স্যাম্পল সরাসরি দোকানদারদের দেখানো, কাপড়ের কোয়ালিটি বুঝিয়ে বলা এবং পাইকারি অর্ডার নেওয়া।
সম্পর্ক উন্নয়ন: নতুন ও পুরাতন রিটেল শপকিপারদের সাথে ভালো ব্যবহার ও নিয়মিত যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে দীর্ঘমেয়াদী ব্যবসায়িক সম্পর্ক তৈরি করা।
অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি: ফিল্ড থেকে নেওয়া অর্ডারের বিবরণ এবং সময়মতো ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করতে অফিসের সাথে যোগাযোগ রাখা।
রিপোর্টিং: প্রতিদিন কতজন দোকানদারের সাথে যোগাযোগ হলো, তার একটি সংক্ষিপ্ত দৈনিক রিপোর্ট দিনশেষে অফিসে জমা দেওয়া।
