Experience:
Applicants must have direct experience in B2B Sales & Marketing, specifically in the Clothing/Apparel/Garments sector.
Experience in wholesaling Denim/Jeans/Twill Pant items to retail shopkeepers, boutique houses, or online pages will get high priority.
Clear understanding of the clothing market, fabric quality, and pricing structures for wholesale/B2B buyers.
Must possess clear pronunciation and a pleasant speaking style in Bangla.
Must be target-oriented, resilient, and ready to take challenges to hit sales goals.
Basic computer and tech skills (Smartphones, MS Excel, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp Business).
Patience and mindset to handle continuous phone calls and follow-ups with B2B clients for long hours.
B2B Lead Management: Contacting potential retail shopkeepers, clothing brand owners, and wholesale buyers across Bangladesh via phone calls (leads collected from social media or campaigns).
Product Pitching: Providing detailed information about the company’s Denim/Jeans/Twill products, highlighting quality, GSM, wash types, and wholesale pricing.
Client Relationship: Maintaining regular communication with existing and new B2B clients, sending them product catalogs/photos via WhatsApp/Messenger, and closing bulk orders.
Market Feedback: Understanding the demands of retail shopkeepers and matching them with our product line to suggest the right stock.
Reporting: Submitting accurate daily call logs, B2B client follow-up updates, and sales reports to management.
Customer Support: Professionally resolving any issues related to order delays, product damage, or packaging complaints from buyers.
