• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• At least 3 years

• Age At least 25 years

• At least 3 years experience in Ed-tech/E-Learning / Software Development / Digital Product Management / E-commerce or relevant field required

• Proficient in conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior

• Proficiency in Al Tools (Google Al Studio, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for research acceleration and synthesis and product visualization

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and business opportunities

• Gather customer insights and translate them into product improvement opportunities

• Prepare Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional requirements

• Develop business cases, product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and product launch plans

• Evaluate promotional campaigns, recommend improvements aligned with product strategy

• Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Sales, Content, and Operations teams

• Support product planning, feature prioritization, testing, UAT, and product releases

• Prepare product performance reports and recommend data-driven enhancements
