We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development & Client Service Executive to drive business growth while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, understand customer requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver software solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

·       Make outbound calls and Visit customer to prospective customers and introduce company services.

·       Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

·       Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.

·       Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers clearly.

·       Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

·       Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

·       Resolve customer issues promptly by coordinating with relevant departments.

·       Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.

·       Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

·       Update customer information and sales status in CRM systems.

·       Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities

·       Maintain proper documentation of contracts, proposals, meeting minutes, and customer communications.
