Experience:

Innovative Holdings Ltd. is inviting applications from highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Director of Sales. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding the market presence of the company's land and property development projects.
The selected candidate will provide strategic leadership to the sales division and lead all sales activities for residential, commercial, and industrial land and property projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's business and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve assigned land and property sales targets.
Take overall responsibility for achieving individual and team sales goals.
Negotiate and close high-value land and property sales deals independently.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads for the sales team.
Plan and execute effective sales and marketing activities to maximize revenue generation.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and business plans for corporate and individual clients.
Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly sales reports and other management reports as required.
Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise sales personnel to ensure high performance and productivity.
Conduct market analysis and recommend strategies to enhance sales growth and market expansion.
Ensure excellent customer relationship management and maintain a strong client network within the real estate industry.
Coordinate with senior management to achieve business objectives and ensure successful project sales.
