We are a manufacturing (Food & Beverage) company looking for proactive Executives (Sales and Service Engineers) to meet job objectives without compromising company policies

Job Responsibilities:

• To collect order, monitor and supervise dealer to ultimate customer.

• To visit market and collect feedback regular.

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Sourcing the sales opportunities and marketing potentialities

• Provide service and support to our customers

• To ensure technical troubleshooting

• Installation & commissioning of new product.

• Build a strong relationship with customer.

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

• A complete machine list of each market must be maintained.

• No service will be provided if there is no running sales.

• Customers must call the company hotline to request any service.

• All machine parts must be purchased — no due or pending payments are allowed.

• On the day of market visits, all service work of that market must be completed before returning.

• Service must be provided in coordination with the company and distributor.

• Every Sales and Service Engineer must have complete technical knowledge about machine servicing.
