• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Age 25 to 36 years
• Only Male

· All field activities must be regularly followed up and monitored.

· Regular communication must be maintained with all local and corporate customers, and matters related to payment methods, sales quantity, and deeds/contracts must be properly followed up.

· Effective communication and good relationships must be maintained with distributors, and their activities must be regularly supervised.

·  Conduct regular follow-up with all golden customers within your assigned area to ensure strong business relationships and customer satisfaction.

·  Sales reports must be submitted within the 1st day of every month.

·  Any sales having outstanding dues without valid deeds/contracts shall not be considered acceptable.

·  Tour plans and achievement reports of all subordinate officers must be regularly reviewed and approved (mandatory).

·  Monthly sales targets for all subordinate employees must be determined and assigned within the 1st day of every month.

·  New RCE outlets must be explored in the Sylhet and Dhaka regions.

·  Assigned sales targets must be achieved at any cost.

·  Submission of SR (Sales Representative) sales targets must be ensured within the 1st day of every month.

·  Information of A-Line and B-Line customers using Royal Café products must be regularly updated in the HR Software.

·During corporate visits, regular visits to hospitals, restaurants, corporate offices, bank and jewellery establishments must be ensured mandatorily.

·  All company policies, rules, regulations, and instructions must be properly followed and maintained.
