  • Minimum Graduate (Business/Marketing preferred, but not mandatory).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Knowledge/experience in interior or building materials will be an advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct corporate market visits (Interior firms, Architects, Developers, Real Estate companies).

  • Able to handle retail sales from showroom

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and service excellence.

  • Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and challenges.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales strategies and ensure maximum ROI.

  • Execute promotional activities, showroom campaigns, and client engagement events to boost brand visibility.

  • Collect, analyze, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and market analysis for management.

  • Support clients with product selection, technical knowledge, and tailored solutions.

  • Represent the company in corporate meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

  • Ensure post-sales service and client satisfaction, handling queries and maintaining after-sales support.

  • Work closely with Accounts, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams for smooth order processing & timely delivery.

Note:

  • First 3 months: Candidate will work at showroom counter sales to build product & client knowledge.

  • After proven performance: Move into corporate/field sales activities (if needed)
